What All You Will Get In This Plan:

After you join the plan, we will collect all the required information from you that we need to make a perfect plan for you and will give you the following:

  • Customized Diet Plan - We will make a diet plan for you taking into consideration your goal, preferences, routine, and medical condition (if you have any).
    The diet plan will be very easy to prepare and stick to as we believe in sustainable fitness, so we will include all the things in the plan that you normally eat in your routine life and that you can keep on eating for the rest of your life.
    We do not believe in any fad diets or fancy diets, so all our clients get their diet plans which include all the things that our Indian diet have like roti, sabji, dal, curd, milk, fruits, etc.


  • Workout Plan - You will get a workout plan which would be tailor made for you, if you can go to the gym, you will get a gym workout plan, if you cannot, then you will get a home workout plan and it would be made according to the equipment that you have and of that many days in a week that you can comfortably workout.
    In short, you need not worry, we will make a plan specially for you to help you reach your goals.


  • Weekly Checkins - Every Sunday there will be checkins in which you will submit the data like your weight and measurements and we will track the progress that you have made in a week and according to that progress we will change your diet plan or workout plan, if we think there is a need for change, that means we will track your progress throughout this plan and keep you accountable.


  • Chat Support - Our team will be always available to answer all your questions and doubts if you have any and if you need any changes in the plan, you can also ask the same via text and the plan will be changed according to your needs.
