Myself Ajaypartap Singh Grewal and I was also once a fat kid, and becoming fit was incredibly challenging for me. It felt like an uphill battle, but slowly, I began to work out and study nutrition. Over time, I started to see changes, both physically and mentally, and slowly I became the best version of myself.

As I transformed, I realized I wanted to help others do the same. This led me to pursue professional certifications in nutrition and strength and conditioning. I started guiding people toward healthier lifestyles, and it was incredibly fulfilling to see them transform.

Along the way, I met Rajpreet Cheema on a podcast, and our visions aligned perfectly. We shared the same passion for helping people become their best selves, and that’s when we decided to work together on the Fitin100Days app.

Today, we have an amazing team of professionals who are all dedicated to helping people transform their lives—one step at a time. We’re here to make fitness simple, sustainable, and impactful for everyone.
